So I am on youtube and I see the tower of doom match my question is who idea was it to come up with this match does anyone know?

I have no idea but the only reason why I dont like that match is because they tread so lightly on top of whatever the f*ck that thing is. They don't have enough room to maneuver

I think that was Kevin Sullivan's idea and while it may have looked like a good idea on paper, it sucked when you constructed the tower and actually did the match in real life. WCW never did it again.

are we going to blame Dusty Rhodes on this? he did create War Games. and most of the good names for the PPVs...

On air, it was Kevin Sullivan's idea. I could tell you if he really thought of it or somebody else backstage did. The match was hyped for weeks on the tv, but after the ppv they never even mentioned who won the damn thing.
