Yes but three been plenty of walk outs in the past and no lawsuits.

Absolutely, but Punk isn't the first to walk out. Stone cold once walked out and returned six months later, but WWE did not pursue a lawsuit against him.

No, WWE contracts don't work that way. Yes they physically could sue in that sense, but Punk has different negotiations. Same thing with Cena.
