Yea Del Rio is trained in real wrestling, pro wrestling and MMA. Batista is just a shit talking weight lifter.

Let me see: Alberto Del Rio is a 3rd Generation Professional Wrestler who was a Greco-Roman Wrestling Champion who represented Mexico in Internatinal Wrestling Competitions and Medaled at The Pan-American Games. Alberto Del Rio was a Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and had several Mixed Martial Arts Bouts. Dave Batista was a Bouncer., Lifted Weights, was a Professional Wrestler and trained in Bazilian Ju Jitsu. However, I would still go with Alberto Del Rio.

What do you mean by "real fight"?

If you mean a no-scripted wrestling match, then yes Alberto Del Rio would easily dominate Batista. But if you mean a no-rule brawl in the streets or a fight that breaks out randomly, then hell no, Batista would easily beat Alberto. Batista has more mass and more strength. ADR is at best a good technician, but Batista would just ram him to the ground and what not.

Bigger guys usually beat up the smaller ones. not saying ADR is "small" but Batista is gonna be the dominant one in a "real-life fight" as in NO wrestling. Just hard punches and kicks.

Well Dave Batista got his ass kicked by Booker T and Alberto Del Rio got his ass Kicked by Drew McIntyre, but if I had to pick one it would be Batista
