Default How is WWE Goldust Fighting so well at his age 45?

I mean at TLC he did a hurricanrana to the Real Americans & did a lot of spring elbows, Cross body's moon salts. hes 45yrs old & too old to be doing all this but how does he do it that age. many veteran Wrestler his age can't do what he can do now ...

Well Goldust hasn't been wrestling consistently like a Kurt Angle or a John Cena. He's been taking a lot of breaks due to personal reasons throughout his career. This means he's been able to wrestle a lot longer then others. Sting is in a similar situation, as well as RVD.

He watches his diet, stays in great shape and has been a Professional Wrestler his entire adult life and forntunately has never had any serious injuries, surgeries and rehabiltation for a Professional Wrestling Career that started in the late 1980's.
