Lately he's been doing a lot of press on TV Shows and interviews talking about when he might cash in his briefcase. He never said when he would do it, but he told people to tune in. All this is coming about right around Battleground where RVD will leave the WWE for 3 months afterwards (apparently his contract has him wrestler 90 days then take off 90 days then come back for 90 days). So this would be Del Rio with no opponent for his title and his title reign has been pretty boring. This leaves the door wide open for Sandow to take the title and see what he can do with it. He always cuts great promos, yet only gets 1 or 2 times a month to so. As World Champion he'll cut 1 or 2 promos every week which would be great for business.

I see him cashing in on a beat up Del Rio or RVD at Battleground (from their hardcore match), and even if he doesn't beat him he will still be pushed into the World Title picture. Either way after this PPV is over Sandow will either be the champion, or the #1 Contender.
