Default Is Big Show's KO punch a kayfabe move?

BQ: What are other kayfabe moves? and what are moves that will really cause the opponent to lose?

ALL moves are kayfabe. The idea is to produce something that looks visually exciting without actually injuring each other. If you want to see what real wrestling looks like, watch the Olympics where they are legitimately trying to pin/submit their opponent.

I think he hits their faces enough to make a noise (which you hear) but he doesn't hit them as hard as they make out he does in the storylines.
