I'm very weak and skinny and I'm going to wrestling school next year















I have a barbell and exercise ball















I want a good workout routine and diet

There's nothing but pain and suffering up ahead if you're becoming a high school wrestler. Jk but it sucks

3/4th vegetables, 1/4th meat. Go easy on bread and sugar. No white flour, processed food, fast food or coffee. Drink homogenized whole milk for a month, then switch to skim.

Stay on the internet, watch loads of porn and keep jacking off. That way you'll have big strong arms.
