Default Next money in the bank winner?

If someone new who has never been champion wins the next money in the bank who should it be? I think Cody Rhodes would be a good candidate.

I'd like to see someone new like Cody Rhodes. Most Likely Punk will be back and win. Or Ziggler again because we know hen won't hold on to the title too long.

isn't the gimmick dead? WWE was dragging its feet on the previous 2 winners.

Since there's one for the WWE and Heavyweight title, I'd say Kofi for the WWE title and Damion Sandow for the Heavyweight title.

WWE Money in the Bank: Ryback or Antonio Cesaro

WHC Money in the Bank: Damien Sandow or Wade Barrett.

I think that Del Rio, Swagger, or Ziggler will win at Money in the Bank, they are proven in ladder matches. The one that is champ, of course, won't be in MITB.
I think that Punk and Barrett will be part of MITB, as long as neither is champ.
