More money and a less harsh schedule. In TNA you are not on the road as much as WWE. If you get released TNA is the higher paying than the indies.

Better booking, better schedules, more freedom.

Bobby Roode was never with WWE, but aside from this, TNA has better management in some areas where WWE doesn't. For instance, the wrestlers have some sort of control with their characters such as Mr Anderson and Sting, whereas in WWE they tell wrestlers how to walk, talk, fight, and win/lose like John Cena and Randy Orton.

On top of this, wrestlers have a say in scheduling. This was actually one of Kurt Angle's main reasons for leaving WWE, because he couldn't keep up with the harsh schedule with all of his injuries piling up on him. This is most likely why all of the part-timers came to TNA, because they can still do what they love and give the fans what they want but at their own pace (though the "WWE rejects" argument still falls into place to those who aren't pleased with this).

In addition to this, more wrestlers are given a shot in TNA than WWE. In TNA, even the biggest of jobbers can become some of the best of superstars if given the chance (half of Aces & Eights were jobbers back in WWE, and nowadays they run the place). This was another one of WWE's major problems, as they only focused on very few people for very long periods of time. From my own research, WWE has about 40-60 wrestlers, but only about 20-30 are actually showcased, with only 10 of those 20-30 being showcased properly. TNA uses most of it's roster around the clock, this probably being Christian and Chavo's main reasons to joining with TNA.

Under all of this, money is a factor. All of the guys that came from WWE were midcard/lowercard guys who were underpaid or forgotten (with the exception of Jeff Hardy). TNA probably offers them more money to wrestle now than WWE used to back then.

This is all because of willing to earn more money quickly. This is not obvious some WWE's stars have personal issues to leave WWE.

Because WWE is pure crap and everyone who moved to TNA hates Vince Mcmahon and his crappy decision-makings. In fact the entire current roster of WWE should move to TNA and leave WWE to rot in the dump. they dont deserve the no.1 spot in wrestling, not anymore

surprised and happy of the number of well informed people in the wrestling page . Normally it's just a bunch of wwe fan boys claiming that TNA is a "retirement home " . Anyways it's because in my personal opinion TNA knows how to book people properly , unlike wwe . It's not because of the money since in terms of actual salary WWE wrestlers get paid more , but in TNA even if they're already in the road they schedule they do is a lot less hectic . In TNA , according to an interview with rvd and several other TNA superstars that came from WWE they have more freedom in the character and in the mic unlike WWE that just gives them script to memorize as seen in monday night raw in new jersey where orton forgot his lines . They also make a joke out of wrestling careers and drop the ball on a lot of superstars DOC or Luke Gallows , for example should be getting a lot more than he was in the WWE . Another perfect example is Chavo Guerero , he is in no way , at least in my mind , a main eventer but he is a solid mid card , crusherweight and tag team , so instead of doing stupid things and jobbing to hornswoggle , in TNA their actually using him best he can be used .

WWE tends to mishandle talent and drop the ball with a lot of them ( anderson , DOC , Knux , Bully Ray , chavo , Gail Kim , Mickie James etc) because there not WWE material . TNA gave a chance to guys like Samoa Joa and Christopher Daniels who WWE viewed as didn't have what it takes and the looks to be a WWE superstar but they showed us all how talented they are in TNA . As for some of the guys in your list , rhino , flair , nash , it's natural for part time wrestlers to switch from one company to another like during the monday night wars .

It's a combination of things.... TNA offers more money for a lighter schedule. They also don't have as much of a restriction on moves that talent can perform in the ring. Backstage TNA is less political than WWE. Many talents prefer to work for Dixie Carter over Vince McMahon because Dixie is more caring to the talent. More freedom to be with your family.
