A little but not that much. Even though plenty of people that knew him in the locker room liked him, Benoit was a different person. I think what he did was wrong and did ruin his reputation as a person but as a wrestler not as much. He was a great wrestler who had great matches and was a great champion. I still think Benoit is a great wrestler but as a person he was a bad man that lost a lot of respect from people.

Yes.

Chris Benoit was a phenomenal wrestler. Considered one of the greatest of all time. I'm already well aware of this. And most personal things that wrestlers do or go through outside the ring (such as Jeff Hardy's substance abuse problem or Jake Roberts' drinking addiction) doesn't change my opinion of them inside. But Benoit killed his son, his wife, and then killed himself. I'm not sure how not to change my opinion of him inside the ring after such a heinous crime against such innocent people. I'm no longer a fan of Benoit and I'm more than happy that WWE has etched his existence out of the history books.

No, It doesn't change that fact that he was one of the best In ring performers of all time.

Also the circumstances lessons the blow for me.

While It's not justified what really killed the Benoit family was Chris's obsession with being the best.

Not for me, even thoe Chris Benoit killed himself it still doesn't change the fact that he was one of the absoulute best wrestlers of all time. The rabid wolverene was and is a legend of his time.

Nope, but WWE editing him out of the record books and not mentioning him at all is a d*ck move by them.
