Default Whats going on with the WWE Referees?

For some reason, the WWE Refs have forgotten how to... (fingers clicking) REF a match.

Now I actually looked up the matches to show you what I mean, here is my proof:

Case 1:

Cm Punk vs Undertaker; http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xyt...t#.UWonb0qHeSo

It takes the referee 2 full minutes to begin the count on the Undertaker outside the ring. From 13:42 to 16:00 of this video. Now you might say, "Well Heyman was distracting the Ref for a while which is why he didn't count". Say that is the case, the ref returns his focus to the match at 14:40 - 16:00. So it takes him 1 minute and 20 seconds to BEGIN the count on the Undertaker on the outside.

Case 2:

John Cena vs Mark Henry, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgaUn0IN5r4

Henry leaves the ring at approximately 5:10 of the video. It takes him until 5:31 to say "1". That's a full 21 seconds later. But the count is broken because for some reason when you smash someone on a table, it automatically breaks the refs count. He then officially begins the count at 5:56. Meaning he basically let them run around outside the ring for 46 seconds.

What the hell is going on.

K, there was no manager for Henry vs Cena. Explain that.

Because its in the script, the heel's manager or friend wrestler usually distracts the referee thus increasing the time for them to begin the three count. Its pro-wrestling dude.

The things happening on the outside of the ring are supposed to divert your attention away from the referee's count. When things start to die down, that's when the referee counts and it makes the match much more dramatic.
