Default Why is the WWE breaking WrestleMania tradition?

Don't they always hold it at MSG every ten years?

I know it's some bull sh*t. WM 1, WM 10, WM 20, why not WM 30. It's not right.

WWE is in business to make money. Madison Square Garden in New York City holds 22,000 Fans for Wrestling. MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey held 80,676 Fans for Wrestling. My brother and I have been to the last 7 Wrestlemanias and they have all been in Football Stadiums. Football Stadiums are larger than Baseball Stadiums, MLS Soccer Stadiums, Basketball Arenas and Hockey Arenas. WWE can make more money holding Shows in Football Stadiums than they can holding shows in Baseball Stadiums, MLS Soccer Stadiums, Basketball Arenas and Hockey Arenas. WWE is making millions of dollars more at The Live Gate Running Shows at Football Stadiums than smaller venues.

Bigger is better.....WWE wants to claim they had 100,000 fans at Mania every year.

Side Note: TNA can only get 3000 at its biggest events, if that

More seats leads to more money. @JimCrockett is right. WWE wants to boast having sold out arena's and large crowds. Madison Square Garden itself can only hold around 20,000 fans, WWE wants to be able to boast selling out stadiums.

WWE really only shoots for the money. Had they not cared for this, then they wouldn't have all the sponsors or charity they have now, and the company would probably still be the edgy WWE most of us saw back in 2007.
