If you do that you will not only win every match as you get older but you will murder most men!

It seems like a good workout, and you don't want to burn muscle, you want to burn fat. Don't starve yourself, never do that, but never overeat. The thing is that if you want to stay around your weight is eat less proportions, like not going for 2nds or 3rds at dinner before a meet. If you need to lose weight, go to practice for wrestling with only a tshirt and sweatshorts, don't wear a bunch of layers because you won't be able to sweat as much with all those layers on you. If your high school allows middle schoolers to go to their practices, take that opportunity as much as you can.
