my thoughts are disappointment. In the early 2000s his live in girlfriend was found dead (drug over-dose) in their Atlanta apartment. When they searched the apartment , the police found steriods , coccaine ,human growth hormone , on and on ......now he counsels wrestlers on nutrition ? .....i've personally never liked body builders who pose as professional wrestling . for me pro wrestling sort of "went off the rails" in the 90 's and never recovered.

Hello

Lex Lugar is doing marvellous job for WWE as Wellness policy consultant.

Making sure the wrestlers are healthy, as they say? it takes a thief to catch a thief? so Lex Lugar knows what signs to look when wrestlers have problems similar to the problems he had before he got better.

Link with quotes for Lugar on his WWE role.

Yours

Good Question.

Lex Luger was one of the best wrestler since NWA/WCW and WWE Days. In the Late 80's (I wasn't born until 1989) Lex Luger came to NWA (Jim Crockett Promotions). He was a member of the Four Horsemen for short time and then Horsemen turned on Luger. He won the United States Championship and WCW Championship Back in Early 90's. In 1992 Lex Luger lost against his friend Sting and Left WCW. Back in 1993 Luger came to WWE when his gimmick was a The Narcissist and then he turns to All-American when he Bodyslammed Yokozuna. Luger Tries to Win the WWE Championship, He failed. He was teamed up with British Bulldog back in 1995 and then He left. In 1995 Luger Came back to WCW. Luger Fued with Hogan and nWo. Luger was a member of the nWo Wolfpac along with his friend Sting. Back in 1999 He with Miss Elizabeth his Gimmick was "The Total Package." After 2001 WCW sold to WWE. Luger retired from Wrestling 2006.
