I don't remember any time the undertaker used a tombstone piledriver in his biker gimmick.

Yes. He Actually Used It To His Advantage In His First Wrestlemania Bout With Triple H As The American Bad@$$. He Was, however, More Prone To Using The LAST RIDE as His ultimate finisher To Go Along With His Kayfabe persona change

He used the Tombstone rarely, he adopted The Last Ride as his main finisher and still used the Choke Slam.

Yes but not often. He typically went with the Last Ride but would pull out the Tombstone on special occasions or in desperate situations.

Undertaker had use the tombstone as the american badass but, Not more often. I'd remember Undertaker was using the tombstone to beat Ric Flair at wrestlemania 18. You can watched that match from 2002.
