It's all who gets over the most. They could have a guy and all he knows is clotheslines and body slams and also gets a great crowd reaction, he'll be more likely to get pushed than a very talented wrestler. You can be the best in the biz but it all comes down to if Vince see's dollar signs when he looks at you.
