I remember Kurt Angle holding the TNA World Title and the IWGP World Title in 2007 and it leaves me to wonder, whether in WWE or TNA can you win other titles from IWGP, ROH, NWA, while wrestling for one company?

That was fake though. He didn't really win the title, it was just a little thing for the fans. He gave the title back to them a few weeks later. I think you can be the champion in multiple companies but only indy ones. The highest level you could probably get would be being a ROH champion, and a TNA champion at the same time. Although you couldn't carry the ROH belt on TNA or vice versa.

Only if TNA or WWE allow it.

In the WWE, no. IN TNA, yes. TNA isn't a high paying company like WWE is. So a lot of wrestlers in TNA also work for indie promotions, like ROH. So I'd assume if one of them won a title in ROH, TNA wouldn't mind if they decided to take it with them to a TNA show.

Kurt Angle actually won The IWGP 3 Championship, which is The World Heavyweight Title in Antonio Inoki's Genome Wrestling Promotion. WWE does not even like their Wrestlers wrestling on Cards for other Professional Wrestling Promotions. With regard to TNA, Magnus and Samoa Joe won The GHC World Tag Team Titles in Pro Wrestling NOAH last year. They lost the titles 2 /1/2 Months later at a Title Defense at a Pro Wrestling NOAH Show. Jeff Jarrett won The Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) World Heavyweight Title. The Motor City Machine Guns won The IWGP World Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles. Team 3-D won The IWGP World Tag Team Titles. The British Invasion won The IWGP World Tag Team Titles. The IWGP Tag Team Titles are New Japan Pro Wrestling Championships.
