Default Should Vince McMahon compete with Ultimate Fighting?

According to Vince (and Vince only) HE started the whole MMA concept with his Ali vs Inoki match back in our Nation's Bicentennial (1976 for the uneducated).Since then,Vince had created the WWE World Martial Arts Heavyweight Championship? (1978) and Brawl for All?(1998).Also,Dungeon Matches,Lion's Den and a boxing match at WrestleMania II?

Despite being an epic fail, should WWE? recreate the concept of Brawl for All? and create a separate roster for this brand/program? Guys like Tonga Fifita,Fit Finlay,William Regal and other legit fighters would be perfect for this show.It can also mark the return of the WWE World Martial Arts Heavyweight Championship?.

BQ:Which wrestler was the best legit fighter/wrestler?

No, the WWE is a Sports Entertainment company and, if history shows, shouldn't be in the business of legitimate fighting and they should leave real fighting to the pros. The boxing match between Mr. T and Rowdy Roddy Piper at Wrestlemania II was atrocious and shows why an actor shouldn't get in the ring with a wrestler with limited ability to try and fight a boxing match. Watch that boxing match again and see for yourself why Vince McMahon no longer promotes such a fight at Wrestlemania.

"Brawl for All" was widely jeered by the audience and critics alike. Steve Blackman, Savio Vega, and Road Warrior Hawk were legitimately injured in the tournament which forced them to miss their scheduled wrestling matches. The winner of the tournament, Bart Gunn, didn't do much with his career after winning the tournament and suffered a brutal first round KO defeat at the hands of Butterbean at Wrestlemania XV. The only thing Brawl for All proved is Vince shouldn't be in the business of having his wrestlers participate in legitimate fighting or else they will get hurt very badly. If it was an "epic fail" as you pointed out then there is no reason for Vince to do this disastrous project again. And the Ali vs. Inoki fight, too, was a disaster with fans jeering this fight and demanding their money back after this fight was over.

All of the legitimate fighting ideas Vince McMahon came up with was an epic bust. No need to go back and revisit it again. If fans don't like WWE and prefer real fighting, check out UFC, the now-defunct Pride FC or professional boxing.

BQ: Kazushi Sakuraba. "The Gracie Hunter" has enjoyed extraordinary amount of success in both Mixed Martial Arts and professional wrestling and was the first man to hand the legendary Royce Gracie his first defeat in MMA.
