Default Help with losing weight for wrestling season?

So I just finished my school season of wrestling and am about to start in freestyle in about a month and a half, and I want to lose about fifteen pounds to get down the next two weight classes. My coach told me that if I want to lose weight I had better do it now. Can anyone give me tips/pointers/help on how to lose weight?

Ask your teammates. Personally, I think when you guys starve yourself to "make weight," especially during adolescence is ridiculous.

I know that professional UFC fighters when they want to cut weight for a fight, will go into a Sauna wearing heavy sweaters and clothing, and use an Exercise bike for as long as they possibly can. They can lose 10-30 pounds in one sitting doing this by losing all the water in their body. Now doing this isn't healthy for you lol. You will probably pass out from exhaustion and such. But you wanted to know a way to lose weight fast, so there you go.

There's also numerous "special" diets where you can lose a lot of weight in a week. One of them being the Lemonade diet. All you do is drink Lemonade and nothing else/ eat anything else for a couple of days and you'll drop like 10 pounds.

3 years ago I was 5'6 with 433 pounds. I'm now 5'10 with 258 pounds. The only thing I did was first walk 3 miles every day with my Trainer. Afterwards when I got to 350 I started running to 6 miles everyday. After that was my diet. I completely change everything I eat. My trainer said to eat twice a day but make sure their big healthy meals. I am currently eating for breakfast is a Egg and Steak sandwich from Subway and for dinner is a 6 oz Steak with 3 pounds of vegetables with a 1/2 pound of milk. Next day I keep running and sometimes I push to 10 miles. Hope this helps a little.
