Look how guys like rey , cm punk, y2j, eddie guerro, Daniel bryan, Christian, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart , Randy savage (hell even rick flair paid his dues in wwe) all did more to pay their dues compare that to other guys that lack mat skills, mic skills and are constantly pushed in the WWE because of their size like Ryback, Brodus Clay, Khali

That's Vince's P.T. Barnum mentality. "Hurry hurry hurry! See the biggest, the strongest, the fattest, the tallest, the largest..."

Vince wants everything in the WWE to be larger-than-life, including the size of his performers. They can disguise or misdirect lack of skills, charisma, etc. But Vince wanted the WWF to be the Land Of The Giants where everybody is physically bigger than anywhere else. And if you're not a giant you better have something exceptional if you expect to be anything other than fodder for the giants to squash.

Vince McMahon has always had a fascination with this wrestling image of huge muscles, huge stature. When he first got started in tbe businesses that is what sold. There was No cruiserweight. You had Hulk Hogan with his "24 inch pythons (biceps) BROTHER, but with Vinces main attraction ANDRE THE GIANT. He had forever been trying to recapture the "unstoppable force/animal/ monster/behemoth" character: Nathan Jones , Matt Morgan, Khali, Brodus Clay, Umaga, BigShow, Kane, Batista, etc. To him, talent and ability come SECOND to size and muscle tone. He needs to recognize the up and coming stars and stop letting them be overshadowed by less talented "monsters" like ryback
