Default I'm tall and lanky, how can I be a better wrestler?

I'm 6.5, weight class: 160 (I weigh 163)

I have trouble taking people down because I'm not that strong and when I try taking people down with ankle picks I get sprawled. Also, when I'm on top I have trouble breaking people down, I get a 2 on 1 but my opponent breaks the 2 on 1 and gets up. What moves should I try when I'm top?

Also what can I do to gain more muscle and get stronger, I go to morning weight training and i haven't seen a difference.

I'm a freshman 15 year old high school wrestler

ok, being on top is always where you have control. strength doesn't always matter, IT HELPS, but not a deal breaker. when on top try sitting on the ankle or learn how to leg ride. leg riding is a pain, so learn it. on take downs you need to set up your ankle pick with a duck under or a hip toss. to bulk up lift heavy few repititions. when you first start it may not seem like your lifting a lot but in time you'll get there. hope i helped!

Just keep at it and train hard! It won't happen overnight, but if you want it bad enough, it will happen. There once was a wrestler around your height with a lanky body who ended becoming one of the best of all time. His name is Edge...
