Are WWE superstars allowed to go to other wrestling shows now?

They can go to a show like that because it's an indie show. But they can't just walk into a TNA show or anything like that. They might be able to for ROH, but I doubt it. I know WWE officials have been to a lot of ROH shows recently because they're scouting talent, specifically Mike Bennett from ROH.

Cool picture. WWE really needs to sign Colt Cabana.

Yes, as long as they don't go to TNA. Maybe they prevent them from going to ROH too since ROH is shown on TV (although very hard to get)

That's the reason WWE fired The HighlanderS .... They showed up on Impact and were shown on TV

Apparently they tried to get fired on purpose though, as they were unhappy in the WWE. Guess it worked.

Now they can attend indy shows, they just can't WRESTLE on them...at least not without WWE's consent

As for the picture you showed with all the wrestlers including Colt Cabana in the background...

The only thing I have to talk about is the Caption over the picture...

As long as it is an independent promotion then yes, they can make appearances. They however cannot appear on rival promotions.
