Which section of the creative team would rather fire: the gimmick creators or the story writers?

fire everybody and start over......how are they going to start a new era if the people who were making the mistakes in the past are still around.

The story writers because a good story can make the crapest gimmicks look good

The gimmick creator (that's Vince). With better -- or at least, more original -- gimmicks perhaps that would give the storyline writers more material to draw from and work with, possibly leading to better -- or at least, more sensible -- storylines.

The writers are just working with what they are given. Now granted they could improve but they are not the major problem.

The BIGGEST problem is the whole creative Ideal. Wrestlers need to create their personas and not just play a part. Any wrestler sitting around waiting for creative deserves to be fired. The wrestlers themselves need to let the creative end know what they can do. John Cena is the perfect example. Love him or hate him. Cena was on the road to career jobber until he started his raps. They loved it created an idea around it and now you have the franchise.
