Default Standing Sea Fire: Lawsuit?

So, WWE named Ultimo Dragon's Shiranui Reverse DDT as Standing Sea Fire to avoid lawsuit. Why that name?

Well, the WWE games hav over 200 moves, so I guess it was just a random move that sounds dangerous c:

Many moves are renamed in video games. Cyclone was F5 for a while when Lesnar wasn't in the WWE. Many taunts are renamed yet you can clearly see they are taunts of current TNA stars. I think they make up names and slap them on

The term Standing Sea Fire is the name for a Naval army backup squadron, their basic job is to fire weaponry when the shit hits the fan, other than that the name has no meaning. I'm surprised the game didn't give it some variation on the Sliced Bread no.2 (Brian Kendricks finisher) as that move is a version of the Asai DDT (which is the signature name for a shiranui reverse ddt). They still use Ultimo Dragon's Asai Moonsault so I don't really know why they didn't use this name as well.

It's not new for WWE to steal a wrestling move from Japan, the GTS that CM Punk uses was invented by Kenta Kobayashi who still uses it under that name.

With the games they usually give names to moves that are similar, and the Asai moonsault and DDT only share the name Asai because of who invented them so that is a possible reason.

Also the version used in the games has the person doing the move come from behind, while the move itself is usually done from a stunner position, it's still the same move but with a tiny alteration that WWE can 'make it their own'.

WWE seems keen on the move though as evident by AJ Lee doing a version of it in FCW.
