Hogan is a fossil. In my opinion, he needs to leave wrestling period. Everything that made TNA unique is pretty much all gone..the six sided ring being one of them. If TNA goes under, Hogan will be the main reason why it did.

What are your thoughts?

It's you marks that ruined not only TNA, but wrestling in general. If you stopped stuffing your face with these dirt sheets, then MAYBE you would be a better fan and enjoy the show and not let some "fossil" as you described me, ruin the show for you. If it was someone else you wouldn't say anything but since its Hulk Hogan lets blame him for everything right? Lets go on the internet and blame Hogan like we lost our damn minds! It's not Hulk Hogan that ruins TNA brother, it's you marks on the damn internet. HH.

Let's not blame Hogan for TNA creative for relying one WWE-built stars and not relying on home grown talent.

TNA has a bad history of utilizing WWE stars, and being WWE-lite without tryin to differentiate themselves.

TNA was starting to put on some great shows (for about a 2 month period) and then all of a sudden Hogan and Bischoff show up, they change everything, sign a bunch of former WWE guys and it all went downhill from there.

Now they're basically doing the same thing WWE is, really. There isn't much of a difference at this point. Their female division no longer means anything to them apparently, their X division is no longer an essential part of their shows, and their storylines are unwatchable. It's a chore to sit through it.

The tv-production is much better since 2010

The wrestling is worse but not that much worse. They were trying to be WWE light for a while there but they're getting back to their own style lately. If they could get a really good actor to be the GM that would be better than Hogan and they could fire him and his daughter.

It boggles my mind that WWE fans STILL complain about TNA "only using ex-WWE stars and not their own homegrown stars". Check out an episode of Impact and see who's on. The only real "WWE stars" TNA pushes heavily are Kurt Angle and Jeff Hardy. Hardy is so insanely popular you'd have to be trying to kill a company not to push him to the moon. Check out the rest of the main event scene. RVD and Bully Ray are "ECW stars" who are big stars in any company they've ever worked for. James Storm, Bobby Roode, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Abyss (or Joseph Park), and Matt Morgan are "homegrown TNA stars". Samoa Joe and Austin Aries are "ROH stars" who became bigger stars in TNA. Sting has never been in the WWE at all. The recent addition of Luke Gallows (a minor, at best, player in the WWE) may see another WWE mid-carder turned into a major star much like TNA did with Christian.

WWE fans whined that TNA was "full of nobodies". TNA responded by hiring wrestlers they DO know.

WWE fans whined that TNA storylines "sucked, all they do is wrestle". TNA responded by giving them WWE-type storylines. Even going so far as to make them more Attitude Era-type than current WWE-type storylines.

WWE fans whined about the 6-side ring and "too many gimmick matches". TNA responded by giving them the traditional 4-sided ring and scaling back on the gimmick matches.

The problem has been, until recently, TNA listening to the WWE fans. WWE fans whined and complained and TNA answered their complaints, giving those WWE fans what they wanted. WWE fans just whined that TNA was "copying" some damn thing or other. TNA fans didn't necessarily agree with all of the changes TNA made but stuck with the company regardless (like WWE fans stick with the WWE no matter what the WWE does). Thankfully, TNA came to it's senses and is now ignoring WWE fans' complaints. Reading WWE fans' comments on the internet you get the distinct impression that WWE fans don't like anything (even the WWE) and would rather just whine and complain about everything. TNA is finally ignoring them and instead, is focusing on giving TNA fans the TNA shows they want.

Hogan, for better or worse, has made TNA more accessible to the masses, made it easier to get into and follow the storylines and feuds. The wrestling in TNA has always been, and still is, several levels above the WWE but the storylines and feuds are more mainstream than in the past, more in line with "sports entertainment" than "pro rassling".

TNA is not going under anytime soon. While the American audience is still decidedly pro-WWE, audiences in other countries are MUCH more receptive to TNA's brand of pro wrestling, and their international fan base continues to grow.

That can be attributed to Hogan making TNA more accessible to the masses, Bruce Pritchard (head writer) giving us more, uh modern "sports entertainment" type storylines and feuds, and Dixie Carter pounding the pavement to get TNA into more international markets and expanding their touring across the U.S.

The WWE is stagnant and struggling to maintain what they have. TNA continues to grow. And Hogan is part of the reason why.
