in dvds they acknowledge pro wrestling for e.g, cm punk, nwo, ecw dvd.

Vince McMahon said that The World Wrestling Federation was "Sports Entertainment" back during The 1980's so you are 3 decades behind the times. World Wrestling Entertainment considers itself an Entertainment Company just like "Disney" and "Time Warnter". WWE has a Professional Wrestling Promotion/Division, a Music Division, A Film Company. If WWE isn't an Entertainment Company then why are they producing The Rolling stones 50th Anniversary Concert Pay Per View this month? You tell me?

McMahon had to change it because if he claimed that it was a sport, wrestlers would be required by law to submit to drug and steroid testing. And to verify that it was entertainment, he had to admit that wrestling matches had predetermined outcomes.

Because WWE is sports entertainment. It isn't professional wrestling anymore. They're more about entertainment than putting on good wrestling matches. If they were focused on great wrestling, Cena wouldn't be a main eventer and people like Tyson Kidd, Cody Rhodes, Dean Ambrose, and Hunico would be. In fact, CM Punk said in an interview once that they get fined $20,000 if they say any form of the word "wrestle." It's not wrestling anymore, unfortunately.
