Actually, they do public appearances and the shows are taped. They spend more time doing their job than just when the camera is rolling.

The announcers are under contract and get paid by it. That being said, there are a lot worse jobs out there than that.

If you were the real Ricardo Rodriguez, you would know how much work actually goes into producing televsion shows and you would know that The Announce Teams work a lot more hours than you see on television. Watching them Announce on television is maybe 2% of the work that they do in a given week.

You can find out a lot about WWE, just by being intelligent enough to navigate the internet. WWE is not advertising for Commentators, but they are advertisin gfor Production Assistants.

Production Assistant

The PA will be an essential member of the TV production team, working with Producers to create engaging programming.

with them being part of the wwe and for them to be as known as much as the most well-known wrestlers in the wwe, i would think so, but i don't know for sure, i'm thinking they probably make good money, but probably not quite as much as kane.
