Monday Night Football beat both Nitro and Raw on a regular basis. Pretty much any NFL game would beat either wrestling show. Of course it's not a totally fair comparision as at the the time Monday Night Football was on network TV and wrestling was on cable.

Monday Night Football on ABC beat both WCW Monday Nitro and WWF Raw is War. However, Professional Wrestling drew a significant number of Households in The United States that the NFL is rumored to have offered The WWF a substantial amount of money to mofe Raw is War to another night of the week. I think The NBA drew big numbers during that era whenever The Chicago Bulls were on and The NBA Finals with The Chicago Bulls drew huge numbers during The 6 NBA Finals Series that The Bulls played in during that decade. The New York Yankees drew pretty big numbers for thsir Playoffs Series and World Series Appearances durign that era also.
