CM Punk defended his WWE Championship at WWE House Shows last weekend. Unless The WWE rules that he is unable to defend his Title within 30-Days, I would say CM Punk is keeping The WWE Championship. Even then, Vince McMahon could provide CM Punk with a Waiver, since he did get injured in the ring on Monday Night Raw 2 days ago. Please note, MC PUnk is not going through Knee Surgery. Word is that CM Punk flew to Flrorida on Tuesday and had knee surgeyr on a torn meniscus. At this point, CM Punk is going through Rehabiltation on his knee, not Knee Surgery.
