Just read this and wondered if it really happened. So did John Cena crap his pants during a match? if so, when did it happen and was it on TV and did people in the audience notice it? LOL!

You know I think about this a lot while I'm watching men's sports. When is one of them going to crap through their tight white pants. People do get sick and those pants are awfully tight and white.

That is what I heard on an interview from Youtube, if I could find it I would, but Randy Orton told the story and he says John Cena has talked about it too, apparently it was during a match, John Cena wasn't feeling well, and crawled under the ring too and threw up, but John Cena finished the match!

I've heard nothing wbout Cena doing so,

the general Urban Legend of 'public defecation' is usually applied to Sycho Sid Vicious... during his WCW tenure... but I forget who he was facing and what the whole story is

I've heard that he did, but I don't know if it's true. I'm pretty sure Sycho Sid did once. What's weirder than that is that Andre the Giant was fell asleep during a match while he was in a submission hold.
