Default I want some info on TNA?

I've decided to start watching tna but i have a few questions

1.) Differences in the diva division between wwe and tna, are they really called knockouts, why?

2.) Differences between wwe and tna titles

3.) Differences Between wwe and tna ppv's

4.) When is the TNA Hall of Fame

5.) Is the ring a hexagon, still, why or why not

6.) Final question: Someone tell me about the current story lines going on right now in TNA

1.) TNA knockouts are better wreslers.

2.) WWE title represents WWE and TNA title represents TNA.

3.) TNA ppv's have been matches.

4.) TNA only Hall of Fame was the night before Bound for Glory 2012. Sting was the only inductee. Only highlights have been shown so far.

5.) They got rid of it was Hogan got there.

6.) The biggest storyline right now is the Aces & Eights invasion. Aces & eights is a group of match wrestlers who have been jumping TNA wrestlers for months. So far 2 members have been revealed, Devon (of the Dudley Boys fame) and Luke Gallows (now known as DOC-Director of Chaos).

1) Yes, TNA's women's division is called the Knockouts Division, presumably because they're tough enough to knock you out. TNA's Knockouts wrestle longer and more skillful matches than WWE's Divas.

2) TNA has a women's title, tag titles and a heavyweight championship like WWE. Unlike WWE, however, there's an X-Division Championship (which is more like a combination between the Intercontinental title and the Cruiserweight title), Knockouts Tag titles and a TV title which is defended weekly on Impact.

3) I believe there's only one themed TNA PPV, that being Lockdown. Every match takes place inside of a steel cage. TNA's version of Wrestlemania is called Bound For Glory.

4) Before Bound For Glory.

5) They switched to a four-sided ring a few years ago.

6) Currently, Austin Aries is feuding with Jeff Hardy for the Heavyweight Championship. A gang called Aces and Eights has infiltrated TNA and have been attacking the roster for a few months. So far, two of its members have been unmasked. Matt Morgan has also been attacking different wrestlers and feuding with management, especially Hulk Hogan.

1. A beautiful woman is sometimes called a knockout. TNA chose that name for their female wrestlers for that reason and also to signify that their female wrestlers are tough and skilled, not pampered princesses.

2. TNA has one World Title, the WWE splits their "world title" into two so both RAW and Smackdown can claim to have a world champion. The secondary title in TNA is the TV Title; the WWE's secondary titles are the U.S. and Intercontinental Titles so RAW and Smackdown can both claim a secondary title. TNA has a cruiserweight championship called the X Division Title (X Division means "no limits" and is for the high-flying cruiserweights). Both companies have Tag Team Titles but neither is featuring them very much right now. Both companies have a Women's Title and TNA also has a Women's Tag Team Title.

3. None really. They both have monthly 3-hour PPVs with 3 or 4 "major" PPVs per year. TNA does have a themed "hardcore" PPV called Lockdown where all matches take place in either a cage or some sort of "hardcore" gimmick match, with lots of weapons use and blood. The WWE does haven't anything like Lockdown.

4. At Bound For Glory in October, TNA's biggest PPV of the year.

5. No. When Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff were hired by TNA a few years ago to head up creative and TV, they decided the 6-sided ring was too gimmicky so they changed it to the traditional 4-sided ring.

6. The main storyline involves an outlaw group called Aces & Eights who have infiltrated TNA and have targeted a seemingly random group of TNA wrestlers to attack and eliminate. Their real purpose and goals haven't been revealed yet. Jeff Hardy, after a year-long redemption and atonement for his past drug use, has regained the TNA World Title and has every contender lining up to challenge him. The current top challenger is former Champ Austin Aries. The current Knockout Champ is Tara (Victoria in the WWE); she's feuding with a very popular Knockout called ODB. Tara has a muscled-up pretty boy as her "boyfriend"; ODB has TNA's resident funnyman Eric Young (they're married in storyline). This storyline is usually very funny and entertaining. TNA has "Gut Check" which is a TV tryout each month on Impact for future prospects. They wrestle a match, cut a promo, then are judged by three TNA officials. TNA also has a monthly "Open Fight Night" in which anybody can call out anybody for a match, which often leads to interesting match-ups and potential feuds. There are two long-running feuds which sometimes get featured. AJ Styles vs his old partner Christopher Daniels, and former Tag Team Champions Bobby Roode vs James Storm.
