Default Wrestling weight class info?

I am a first year wrestler and my first tournament is in a few days. I was wondering how the weight classes work and such. I am 154 right now and i got this paper that says how much i can lose and how fast i can lose it and it says my minimum weight is 152.3 but the paper says my eligible weight class is 160. How does the weight system work.

The weight class before 160 is 152. Since your minimum weight is 152.3 you are not certified to go to 152, so therefore you gotta go up a weight class which is 160.
