Owen hart used it as a finisher but u probably know that because he was the one that got it banned because of what he did to stone cold several wrestlers used the move but not as a finish i think rikishi used some form of it.

Owen Hart before the Austin accident

Vertebreaker was Gregory Helms but WWE banned that move once WCW came into WWE's power so he didn't ever use it in the WWE

Jerry Lawler.

Nobody uses the Underhook Piledriver in WWE, Homicide still uses it on a rare occasion but a lot of promotions have banned piledrivers and it's variations.

The good old-fashioned Piledriver was Paul Orndorff's (Mr Wonderful) finisher in the 80's. Lots of wrestlers have used that move (and variations of it) over the decades but Orndorff made the "old school" Piledriver his specialty.

Underhook Piledriver was used by Mick Foley and the Vertebraker was used by Gregory Helms (aka The Hurricane).
