like Cm Punk in the WWE? WQ:] Can Seth Rollins be a huge breakout star in the future of World Wrestling

Entertainment and follow in the footsteps of Cm Punk and have similar success

in WWE? Does he got potential to be in the main event like Edge & Jeff Hardy?

I've followed his career from the indy scene he's a former Ring of Honor World

Champion, great professional wrestler, performer and athlete. Rollins just does

not have a gimmick right now Dusty Rhodes endorsed him to be a future Wwe

World Heavyweight Champion. Is there anything that he needs to improve on?

Can he be a big breakout star? Sure. Will he? I have no idea.

There have been plenty of guys in the WWE over the years who I thought had way more potential than I think Seth Rollins has now, and who didn't make it. I thought Ken Shamrock was one of the most intense in-ring performers I'd ever seen and would surely be a world champion someday. Instead he went back to UFC. I thought MVP was a shoo-in to be one of the next guys to carry the WWE. He's now in Japan after being booked into oblivion. I thought John Morrison was the single most athletic wrestler I'd ever seen, and that he would be a WWE Champion and a company cornerstone. Then he got injured, came back and never did anything of note with the WWE past that point.

I like Seth Rollins, but to be honest, he hasn't blown me away on NXT. His mic skills aren't bad, but they're nothing special either. They don't even approach the same league as CM Punk's, and that's a big thing that's distinguished Punk from other indy stars in the WWE.

Purely as a wrestler, Rollins is very good. He's fast and, when paired with the right opponent, really exciting too, but again, he hasn't made me sit up and say: "This guy is a future WWE Champion!" either. He's certainly not "bad", not by any means, but there have been guys who, right away, I was blown away by. Daniel Bryan is a good example of that. Right from day one on NXT, I was impressed by him. I haven't gotten that feeling from Rollins.

Plus, I'm not overly fond of him being a part of this new Nexus-esque group either. It just makes no sense. He was a total face on NXT and now, completely out of the blue, he's a "bad guy", if for no other reason than the story called for it. Dumb. I'm sure sooner or later he'll come out with the rest of his new team and talk about how he's "sick and tired of not getting called up and not gonna take it anymore!" when Ryback is, which is about as bland and cookie-cutter as you can get. We've seen that, literally, dozens and dozens of times. Like I said, dumb.
