Default How do I gain weight in the form of muscle?

I am seventeen and I weigh about 105 pounds that is pretty much all muscle. I am also a wrestler and want to continue wrestling in college at a service academy. Now I have bee working out at the gym and I have been taking supplements (WHEY and CASEIN with a BCAA), but these things don't seem to be working. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to out on about 15 pounds in 6 months? I will very much appreciate any help offered.

try diffrent diets like stop eating meat its high carbates and such good luck with the wrestling thing im 19 and its hard to raise the money to get to my local wrestling school

Eat 6 meals a day. You need to take in a gram of protein for every pound of body weight or more. You workouts should consist primarily of strength and bulk orientated lifts. Monday bench&shoulders tueday crossfit Wednesday Back squat and cleans Thursday crossfit friday deadlift. You need to make sure you take in the protein. that is more vital than the workout when gaining weight. Go to crossfit. com
