So, what are your thoughts on JBLs commentary since coming back to Raw and Smackdown? I personally love it, he is a little rusty since he has been absent for a while but the man can sure tell a story and always has something interesting to say about each wrestler.

John Bradshaw Layfield not only has done Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackown, he did Main Event last week. JBL provides background information on what Wrestlers have done in other Professional Wrestling Promotions. As a Professional Wrestling Fan and one who loves The History of Professional Wrestling JBL takes you around the world with his insight. Last week when he talked about Professional Wrestling Promotions in South Africa and Justin Gabriel's Father and Shaun and Steve Simpson's Father and Professional Wrestling in South Africa, I enjoy learning this stuff.

Rey Mysterio would do a much much better job on commentary than JBL or anyone else.

He is a good commentator and does his job as a heel. The only problem I have with him is all the inside jargon and name dropping he does. Okay JBL I get it you know a lot about wrestling in Japan and while I don't mind hearing about it occasionally it get a bit tedious when you mention it 5 times in the same match.

I like it a lot. You know what JBL has that most WWE announcers don't? Believability. He really has that, where others fail. JBL doesn't feel like he's acting or playing a part. Michael Cole, Josh Matthews, even Jerry Lawler to an extent sound like they're acting (or, well, trying to act). The commentating situation in the WWE has been like that for so long now, for so many years, that I think a large portion of the WWE's core fan base has become sort of desensitized to it. It's pretty much expected, so they stop noticing it.

Then, JBL returns to the broadcast table, and he brings the same style and attitude he had back in 2007. It isn't just that he's more knowledgeable about wrestling than the other announcers (which he is), it's that his delivery is so much better. Having him and Jim Ross back announcing has been such a tremendous breath of fresh air for the quality of the WWE's programming. I just hope that they stick around for a long time, beyond when Lawler returns.

Yosemite Sam + Foghorn Leghorn = JBL.

He can be entertaining, and even funny at times, but sometimes he's just so overbearing and obnoxious you gotta hit the mute button to give your ears a rest.
