Default Is TNA really a viable alternative to WWE?

I've watched it a few times, last time being just over a year ago, and couldn't believe what I was seeing. I thought it was truly embarrassing.

I should stress that I'm not into spot monkeys. I'm not even into well-wrestled matches if there's no storyline or character development. Some people are saying TNA is worth a try in 2012. Is it, in your opinion, any good nowadays?

I haven't seen any TNA shows but with the direction WWE is headed towards, I'd watch it.

Yes but, then again, the REAL alternatives are the programs that air DURING Monday Night Raw.

It's gotten a lot better since Vince Russo resigned as the head writer (which was about a year ago). People have different tastes for wrestling, but for me TNA isn't an alternative to the WWE, instead, the WWE is an alternative to TNA. Over the past year I've been amazed at how good the TNA storylines are and how good the actual professional wrestling is.

It's obvious that Vince Russo resigning has made TNA a hell of a lot better. Vince Russo is the worst writer in the history of the world, this guy even killed WCW with his horrible writing. I watch both the WWE and TNA, but for me, TNA is by far the best in terms of storylines and pure wrestling. I watch WWE because they spend a lot of money make the show look really nice, and also because of AJ Lee
