The Miz - Because he deserves it, we never go to see the Cena and Del Rio feud properly and now rock is out the way we can see that, The Del Rio and Cena feud will not be for the title though, CM Punk and The Miz will be though.
R Truth - Because he has earned it, he could get back at Cena or feud with CM Punk or even The Miz. Dolph Ziggler - Because he deserves it, he has been a good US champion now and when he loses it he deserves to go into the upper division which is WWE title. |

Dolph Ziggler - Easily one of the best wrestlers in the company today. He has really worked himself up from where he was before. He started off as some dumb male cheerleader in a nothing faction, and now he's the United States Champion, and has even had one-on-one matches with greats like Edge, Randy Orton, CM Punk, and John Cena.
R-Truth - Has come a long way since his beginning. He was K-Kwik (or however you spell it) years ago and sucked. Came back as R-Truth with a stupid rapper gimmick that was getting him pretty much nowhere. He turned heel and completely turned all that around, and even main evented a PPV. If he tones down his Little Jimmy thing a bit and becomes more serious, he could easily be a world champion next year. Cody Rhodes - Another one that has come a long way. When he was in Legacy, he was good and treated as an equal to Ted DiBiase. However, when Legacy started to break up, everyone though Ted would be the one to shine and Cody would fade into obscurity. Hell, even Cena said he could see himself headlining Wrestlemania with Ted. But now Cody Rhodes is proving himself to be a great performer, and is having one of the greatest IC Title runs in recent years. Daniel Bryan - Self-explanitory. He's wrestled everywhere there's been a ring. He's been champ several times, and has a great story to go with his whole career. Easily one of the best wrestlers, not just in the company, but in the whole world! He quickly captured the US Title from Miz and held it for a decent amount of time. He deserves that extra step to world champion. Drew McIntyre - Based on the way he's been buried in recent months, I don't see him being world champ next year, but soon after, yes. He had a great start with his Chosen One gimmick, and was even signed by Vince himself. He quickly captured the IC Title and had one of the greatest reigns in recent years. He beat his opponents clean and really made the IC Title seem special. They should start building him back up ASAP. |
