If Stu Hart was never born what would pro wrestling be like today?

Pro wrestling would not be as popular as today, he was the one who almost train all the superstars from the past and now chris jericho he went to the school. so that would be a huge disadvantage for the wwe

It would most likely be the same just there won't be any good wrestlers that was trained in his famous Dungeon. And there won't be no Bret or Owen obviously because Stu would have to exist to make them lol.

There would never have been any Hart brothers in the business (thus, the Screwjob would never have taken place, which catapulted Vince McMahon into the role of top heel in the entire business, helping to save the WWF from bankruptcy). There would have been no Stampede Wrestling and no Hart Dungeon training dozens and dozens of wrestlers, some of which went on to become legends and icons in the business. The Dynamite Kid would likely have never left England (he went to Canada to train specifically under Stu Hart) which would mean he would not have gone to Japan to help Tiger Mask jumpstart the cruiserweight high-flyers that went on to become so popular throughout the world because of those two, which would mean other small high-flyers would not have become main eventers (like Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, Ultimo Dragon, Jushin Liger, Chris Jericho, etc etc). The cruiserweight high-flyer might not have gotten out of mid-card in Japan, either, and the Japanese promotions would still be pushing only their bigger guys as main eventers. Which would mean the smaller high-flyer main eventers like KENTA, Ishimori, Ibushi, etc would be just mid-card or jobbing to the bigger guys.

And the WWE would still be stuck in the '80's pushing 300-pound steroid monsters playing super heroes and super villains in cartoony storylines. Vince still would have trampled every promotion in North America out of existence, though.

This is a great question. No way it would be the same. Not only would of Brett and Owen not have been here to wrestle but all the training the Harts have done for other wrestlers over the years is crazy. I bet if you take all the wrestlers from Stu Hart til now, atleast one member of the Hart family has mentored or helped each wrestler in some way.
