Default How do I lose weight wrestler style? ?

I don't actually wrestle, but I want to lose some weight for rugby season to get in shape. Im 6'0 and weigh 165 lbs. I want to lose at least 15.

Exercise, strictly water. If you get very hungry, tuna. No bread, no juices. I dropped from 115 to 106 and I'm going to dominate this season.

push yourself til you collapse each and every wrestling match/ workout and keep hydrated with alot of water

Push yourself to your limits then go beyond them. Eat vegetables and stay away from heavy carbs...eat cold water fish. Drink lots of water and cut back on your food intake to 3 meals a day.

I cut from 123 to 103 when I was in high school. It was really unhealthy but I learned a lot.































1. Cut out soda















2. Cut out sweets, any sweets.















3. Eat Oat meal or a slim fast bar for break fast. For lunch eat an apple and some lunch meat. For Dinner try eating grilled chicken or pasta (do not eat pasta more than 2 times a week). Every other day have a protein shake for dessert. Drink the shake about an hour or two after dinner. It will speed your metabolism up before falling asleep.































Avoid empty calories.
