I think the Rock's Doom. It was more watchable and it was rated the top #5 in 2005. I think it is a great movie, and I've even watched it so many myriads of times, but I still don't get bored of it. I underrate Cena's Marine because it wasn't that popular and the whole movie was based on himself.

Doom - $55,987,321 Box Office

The Marine - $22,165,608 Box Office

So obviously Doom.

I agree will Alicia Fox, Doom got a higher rating and better critic reviews than The Marine. I'm guessing it did very well for profit too.

The following are taken from Wikipedia:

It did well on its opening weekend, taking in $15.5 million. However, it quickly dropped in its second week in theaters and the final gross of the film was only $28.2 million domestically and almost $56 million worldwide, with a budget of $60 million. Dwayne Johnson was nominated for a Razzie Award as Worst Actor.

In its first week, the film made approximately $7.1 million at the United States box office.[1] In its first weekend, it placed #3 in domestic sales. On October 22, 2006 BoxOfficeMojo.com reported that The Marine had dropped to #9, grossing $3.79 million. Even so, ratings were poor, and the movie garnered a 21% rating from RottenTomatoes.com.

After a total of ten weeks in theaters, the film grossed $18.7 million domestically.[1] Worldwide, The Marine earned $22,165,608.
