This has happened most recently to Sin Cara.

I thought it meant use of steroids, but it doesn't look like Cara would use them? and I'm pretty sure Cena used/uses them and alot of other wrestlers?

FYI- The original Sin Cara returned to smackdown this week, and alot of eyes were rolling. For those who haven't heard yet, smackdown had to do two takes of the match between Cara and Heath slater.

It means any drug but Marijuana. Could be pain killers, steroids, amphetamines, cocaine, heroin etc.

Don't rule the little guys out for roids. Rey did em.

It's a failed drug test in general, not necessarily steroids.

The WWE made a wellness policy after the death of Eddie Guerrero because the media were questioning his early death and accused the WWE of giving him steroids. They have since upped their standards since the homicidal/suicidal case of Chris Benoit.

The policy means that a wrestler cannot use illegal drugs or buy from them from anywhere without a prescription. If a wrestler fails a wellness policy, it means that WWE tested his blood and it showed that he had illegal drugs in his system. Their punishment is 30 days suspension off work, sometimes more.

I hardly doubt Sin Cara used steroids but it's not out of the ordinary since Edge has been caught using them and he's not really a big guy. Well Sin Cara may have used pain killers, cocaine, heroine, ecstasy; etc. Any type of illegal drug and the wrestler is punished.

Yes John Cena, Batista, Triple H and others have used steroids but it is different because the WWE prescribed them with the drugs. You are punished for using steroids if you have bought them from anywhere else without a prescription or WWE knowing about it.

If your on about sin caras case heres what happend:

Sin cara failed a steroid test (making him fail the wellness program thing) then WWE says he injured himself in the mitb ladder match. The day after WWE posted on their website the real reason he's taking time off (suspended) and then they get a fake sin cara for a storyline.

Here a link to learn more about the wellness program (you'll find it if you scroll down)*http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/WWE

It can mean steroids or any other drug, just that a drug was found in their systems. No WWE wrestlers use them since if they do they get suspended, Cena never did.
