Does anyone else find it sad that this has probably been Christian's best year in WWE?

I do, especially with the fact he's only won twice on PPV(One by DQ). Sure he's been arguably the best performer this year match-ratings wise (Three 4 star matches in 5 PPV matches) but he's been buried by Orton.

Also, this is coming from a huge Christian mark.

BQ: Should he have adopted the Rock Bottom from the Rock when he praised him in 2003, which ultimately is the reason Christian's fans are called the peeps? The Killswitch is hard to do, while the Rock Bottom can be performed in a split second.

Christian is an awesome combination of everything you need to be successful in this business. He is a great free-style wrestler, a good high flyer and amazing mic skills. Guys like Dave Batista admitted to idealize him as a wrestler. Stone Cold said he is the first name that comes in his mind when we say the word ?attitude?.

So, what went wrong?

I think he always lived in the shadow of Edge. Just like Mr. Perfect was as much a wrestler as Bret Hart was, or Christopher Denials is as much a wrestler as A.J Styles is; but people don?t need more than one same thing at one time. In all those years, he was just treated as a side kick (like Matt Hardy) and he never really got a chance to prove himself. But now in 2011, when he is in this business from almost 20 years and he gave all these epic matches and finally listed his name as a 2 times world heavyweight champion, I am very happy for him.
