Default Who was the most talented Jobber of all time......

When you look back at wrestling you notice that there were always guys who were jobbers. Sometime I would think to myself that certian jobbers were way more talented then they lead on, and that they had the potential to be something pretty big if given the right storyline, push and chance. Who in your opinion was a jobber that may have been able to excel if given more of an opertunity.......

Barry Horowitz. World champion in canada, puerto rico, in florida, former GWF lightweight champion twice, once defeating jerry lynn, in a stable with raven. Barry always did his job, was professional and worked his ass off for 21 years. One of the most under rated technical wrestlers of all time.

Wow, bloodice is around.

But I'd say Funaki. He's funny, original, and fans like him to succeed, even if he doesen't.

i dont think raven was ever really a jobber ..... he was just a guy WWE had no clue how to use, hes a main event wrestler who had a great carreer in ecw and wcw before becoming vince mcmahons bitch in wwe ........

when i think of jobbers i think of guys like horowitz, and duane gill ..... but off the top of my head the only good jobbers i can think of are well ..... no one really

Yeah I too never saw Raven, Scotty the Body, Scotty Flamingo, Johnny Polo or whatever he was going by as a jobber. Someone who at times was underused or not needed more so over.

When I think of guys who were jobbers who were never used correctly, I think of Jim Powers. For one thing I actually liked this guy in the Young Stallions, alongside of Paul Roma. He had the look, the body, and the in ring ability to be much more then he turned out to be. I remember after the Young Stallions went their seperate ways Roma got a decent push and Powers was regulated to jobbin all the time. I remember so many matches with Jim Powers agianst Lanny Poffo, and everytime Poffo would get the win. Anytime WWF came to the Boston Garden it was like clockwork; Powers falls to Poffo. I use to think, if this guy could just get some wins, he would be pretty good. Later on he was in WCW and he had a new look, but still was never pushed and was always just a low-carder jobber.

Also Robbie Rage and Kenny Kaos the team of High Voltage never really got to where I thought they would be. When I watch this team I was sure these guys were gonna be like the second coming of the Stieners. They never really came into themselves with WCW, as in the beginning they were praised but then demoted to jobbers for reasons I know not of. I thought they were two pretty talented powerhouse wrestlers with a nice and bright future. I was wrong, though Rage did have some time in Japan...

all feds have a world champion..... Heck in Puerto Rico they have the Universal Champion.

I think of the Brooklyn Brwaler. Not cause of his ability, just because he was a loyal employee. I mean he made Glass Joe from Punch out look like a legend for heavens sakes
