Default Teddy Long

After the draft is over I hope Teddy Long has some new guys he can be thuggin and buggin with, so to speak. I always thought Teddy Long is one of their best mic workers they have to offer. He made the likes of Mark Henry and Rodney Mack interesting for petes sake. I was thinking maybe give him Shetlon Benjiman. That would be awesome. Shetlon would have an instant het drawer next to him in Long and then Shelton could do what he does best, and wrestle. I could see him being an excellent mid level heel with in months.

What do you guys think?

I think that Teddy Long is great on the mic, but he needs to drop the racist gimmick.....I just wish that dead horse would quit being beaten.....

as far as Benjamin being involved with Teddy Long.....that might be interesting, to give Benjamin a manager.....however, the WGTT needs the opportunity to have a few years under their belt before being broken up.....part of the reason that today's tag picture is so watered down is because all of the tag teams get broken up as soon as they become semi-successful.....

I wouldn't mind seeing Long as the manager for WGTT. It would be an interesting angle, not to mention Long is way more talented to have to be given NOD gimmick from years back like he has been stuck with. The man doesn't need to scream I hate white people to get over, he is very capable of doing that on the mic without it. He was a good manager for Doom also, and I see no reason why he shouldn't manage a good tag team. When I think of Teddy I think of him more as a tag wrestler anyways. But either way I wouldn't mind seeing Teddy team up with Shelton in the future....
