Match #1- Rebel's Army (Rebel & Greg Matthews) defeated Ricky Landell & Alex Law. Landell and Law are from the World 1 Dojo and showed some promise but came up short this time against the Army.

Match #2- Guillotine LeGrande, Mega, & Mana defeated Rapid Fire Maldonado, Jack Victory, & Jason the Legend

Match #3- C.M. Punk defeated Greg Spitz in a good match. Spitz has seemed to change his attitude and is no longer the "comical" character he once was. He gave Punk a run for his money in this match and lasted longer than anyone expected him to.

Match #4- The Christopher Street Connection defeated The Solution. The Solution seemed like they were going to overpower the CSC. But the CSC started playing mind games with The Solution and got inside their heads, throwing them off. This eventually led to CSC's upset victory.

Match #5- Homicide defeated Yoshihito Sasaki in another good match. Sasaki showed alot of charisma and energy during this match. This match was alot better than Homicide's match with Kojima, mostly because he was working someone who didn't knock him out this time!! Homicide got the victory in an impressive bout.

Match #6- Jerry Lynn & PWF Champion Justin Credible defeated Low Ki & Spanky. Yet another good bout. Lynn got the pinfall on Low Ki after a cradle piledriver. After the match, Credible and Lynn seemed to have words with one another. Lynn walked away cursing Credible out and calling him chickenshi& in front of the crowd. Credible seemed perplexed as he walked to the back.

Match #7- PWF Tag Team Champions Josh Daniels & Matt Striker defeated The Extreme Horsemen (C.W. Anderson & Simon Diamond) to retain the tag team titles.

Match #8- Masato Tanaka defeated Steve Corino in a hard hitting bout that spilled into the crowd and involved NUMEROUS chair shots. The Extreme Horsemen interfered on Corino's behalf, but may have done so one too many times as they were removed from ringside. After Tanaka got the victory, the Horsemen ran in to attack only to be run off by Daniels, Lynn, Sasaki, and others. After the ring cleared, Lynn seemed to get into another argument, this time with Tanaka! Lynn refused to shake hands and left the ring.
