I really was not a fan of The Legacy. It was basically two guys who at the time had no personality and very mediocre in ring ability that just followed Randy Orton around and occasionally beat up someone. Even when they had their feud with DX all they were really doing was helping DX get even more over with the fans and sell their merchandise. I really was not a fan.

I liked Legacy I thought that was a good way to push Cody and ted but it failed because with a group liek that i wanted Them to turn face and attack Randy orton thus pushing them higher in the card level, But they did not improve during the group which made me dislike them

No, not really. The only time I ever really enjoyed them was during the Triple H/Orton feud in 2009. Orton was really boring and didn't have the charisma to make their segments entertaining. Rhodes and DiBiase were sometimes used as jobbers, so you couldn't really take the group seriously. Some say that they made RAW Post-WM interesting in 2009, but I would disagree, they made it even more boring than it already was.
