ECW Went Out of Buisness due to financial problems and had Bankrupcy and the only way for Paul Heyman ot get out of it was to sell it to Vince McMahon and give lal the rights to him

and WCW got out of buisness because Vince bought it out due to WCW beating WWE in veiws and not to mention it was storyline wise and WWE had beaten WCW from a Rock vs Austin at Wrestlemania for the Buying of WWE or WCW

TNA won't likely go out of buisness due to there knowledge of what happened in the past

WWE Bought ECW, and WCW ran out of money due to all the big time players they had. WWE offered Ted Turner (Than WCW Owner) A large sum of money for the company, and they bought WCW. WWE then demolished the WCW building. As for TNA I believe WWE will eventually buy them off, but not for a long time. WWE doesn't view TNA as a threat unlike ECW, and WCW. WWE is just ignoring TNA, but they are aware of there presence. WWE won't buy TNA until they begin to threaten WWE's popularity. This was proven on January 4th last year WWE treated that competition like a joke. TNA then went on to mondays to challenge WWE, but failed, and just gave up going back to Thursdays. WWE isn't going to buy TNA for a long time.

Heyman's father quit cutting checks, Paul could not strike a last minute deal to fund the company - I believe a number of top talent were working for no pay in the final months - and that was it for the original ECW. For WCW, when Ted Turner sold his media empire....that was it, which had been predicted by employees for years; WCW burned money for years, though fans forget this when pointing to the Monday Night War. TNA is another family business....but it's Russian Roulette if the major company begins dumping large amounts of cash into wrestling; it seems safe right now, but the long-term viability certainly cannot be predicted.
