Dolph Ziggler -- He's turning 31 this year and has such a bright future ahead of him! He's one of the best wrestlers in WWE and hopefully in a few years, wrestling skills will actually mean something!

Jack Swagger -- He's not even 30 yet and along with Ziggler, is one hell of a wrestler! He may not be great on the mic, but Swagger has everything else you're looking for in a superstar. He's big, athletic, strong, cocky, and great in the ring! Jack could become a big star IMO if given the chance.

The Miz as a babyface.

In terms of the absolute Man in the company, doing all the media blitz, sell all the merchandise, having a huge fan following, spiking ratings and shows and just being the overall financial powerhouse, I'd go with The Miz as a babyface. I could see The Miz having the most potential of replacing John Cena as the next huge star for the WWE. But in order for that to happen he needs to switch to a babyface first.

The Miz has a great deal of fan support and is the star of WWE's recentYouth Movement and is obviously a talented, charismatic performer. It's all well and good to throw a big babyface into Cena's position and have them be 'the top face' of the company. But it's something completely different to find somebody capable of filling that role like Cena did when Lesnar, Austin and Rock left, leaving WWE is a desperate need in building new stars. I don't think Orton's the guy and with Miz we'll still have to just wait and see.

Another potential candidate would be John Morrison. Morrison does some pretty impressive and interesting spots and is quite popular with the casual fans / girls / children. I imagine him filling a role similar to Jeff Hardy before he left.
