sabu because he was in a major push against rob van dam,rey mysterio and others

he was a great technical wrestler and a better high flyer

he was born to fight hardcore

points on sandman:

why in the world do u have to make urself bleed to gain the crowd's attention?

he was a skinny guy without much strength

conclusion: any time, any day i would pick sabu

It's just a personal preference, because they're so different. Sabu's popularity is as an athletic high-flyer, Sandman's is as a brawler. Neither is better or worse than the other.

However, that doesn't sto me from having an opinion. ECW was about being extreme, and for my money, Sandman is the more extreme.

Sabu definitely, Sandman wasn't much of a wrestler, he was mainly a brawler and tended to use more weapons than actual moves. Sabu used alot of weapons too but atleast more inovative with them.

how ever the only thing sandman does is bust him self open

with a beer can (not impressive and really old)

Sandman build his whole career on this theme song and a six pack of beer....

Sabu would be seen jumping off of chairs doing some crazy insane stunts and of course using athletic tape to keep from having his arm fall off.

The better one well that is subjective but Sabu's uncle is the Sheik (Edward George Farhat) so he gets bonus points. Being trained by one of the original hardcore gods adds to his pedigree.

Sabu had to be the first great aerial hardcore wrestler. He truly lived up to his moniker. Suicidal, Homicidal, Genocidal, the Most Death-Defying Athlete in Wrestling. Later on we saw Rob Van Dam, Jerry Lynn and Super Crazy, but Sabu had to be the first great aerial hardcore wrestler. I called him The Evel Knieval of Wrestling in that he had to have broken every bone in his body several times over the years. Sabu could probably wrestled well in just about every gimmick match that you could come up with. Sandman was a brawler and did not have anywhere near the skillset that Sabu had, but he knew how to work the crowd and he knew that his ring entrance was almost as good as the matches.
